Pre-Wod:
5 min EMOM:
10 x 7 yard sprint
6 burpee box jump overs

Workout of the day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Then 3 rounds of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Post-Wod:
4 Rounds:
45-60 second Arch Hold
1 min. Couch Stretch
