What does CrossFit mean to you?

• New Class Times starting next week: Monday & Wednesday 5:15 AM – 6 AM & 7:00 PM – 8:00PM.
• Lets talk about shoulders this Thursday at 7 PM with Dan Panella, Physical Therapist at CrossFit Roseville.
• Saturday April 13. We are planning an outdoor wod at Hidden Falls Regional Park in Auburn, CA.

Workout of the day for Tuesday 03/26/13:

Overhead Squat

Man, I love Cammi’s perspective on CrossFit and how it has changed her perspective on life. We can all benefit from having such a positive attitude ourselves and by hanging around such people. I am blessed to know so many positive people at CrossFit Roseville, to be a part of this community. Shout out to Roman who always brings positivity  whether it is in the box or on Facebook, even if it is a crummy day it is a positive post. To Rob & Riza, Marissa, Joey, Wayne & Lois, and Tali, Camille & Amanda, Leay, and all the members who bring the team spirit (and chocolate bacon) and who come out to lend their support and to count for others.

Remember, for Fran, this advice from Camille, “It hurts you but damn you get so strong after.”

  1. Don’t forget Mollie who left to take her daughter to an appointment and came back to cheer people on for 13.2! BTW, she killed 13.3 even though she never uses a 14 lb ball for workouts! Great job, Mollie!

    So far, snatches is what got me. I know there will be other things like pullups and OHS that will be roadblocks for me if they come up. I will be definitely working on snatches during the coming year!
