Run 400 meters
15 Overhead Squats, 95/65 pounds

Midline Stability:
5 Rounds:
12 Reverse Hyper Or GHD Sit-ups
30 second plank

Open Prep Workout (To be done after or before the Workout of the day):
Four rounds of:
Row 1,000 meters
Rest 90 seconds

Do you want to improve your proficiency at CrossFit? Remember that every minute of every day you are moving whether standing, sitting, sleeping, or “working out.” You can always find ways to improve your position and enhance your movement. One of the best things I have found for improving my movement throughout the day is creating a habit of 10-20 minutes of Youtube Yoga every morning, and/or before bed. Try out 20 minutes of this youtube yoga video and tell me how your low back and hips feel afterwards!
