Looking for a fun way to get into shape? Join us for our “Sweat Sessions” Group Fitness Class!
This class will include cardio (running, jumping, rowing, etc.) gymnastics, or “body-weight movements” (push-up, sit-up, burpees, etc.) and weight-lifting (kettlebell swings, wall-balls, sled pushes, etc.).
The coaches will help to get you moving, the community will keep you accountable, so that you can be the best you possible.

Think of calories as units of energy. In order to lose fat we have to turn our bodies into efficient calorie burning machines. When we get stronger we get a more powerful engine that more efficiently burns calories.
The harder we work the more our body will adapt so that it can do work more efficiently in the future, this process of hard work and adaptation works to burn calories long after the workout is over!
Increasing our strength gives us the engine we need so we can power through our workouts and burn more calories. If you want to lose fat—build muscle!
