50 Overhead squat, 45/35 lbs
100 Abmat sit-ups
25 Overhead squat, 115/85 lbs
50 Toes-to-bar
10 Overhead squat, 185/135 lbs
20 GHD sit-ups

Armor Plyo Box We needed boxes we could count on and we had no doubt that the Armor Plyo Boxes wouldn’t let us down. The overall winner is taking home a 24″ Armor Plyo Box.

Strive Functional Bowen Several of our athletes have become regulars at this place. Call them and schedule a tune-up for your body. 1st place in each division got a one hour session.

Muscle Pharm You can expect to see some of there products for sale around here. Top 3 in each division get two products of their choice from the product line.

WellnessFX This is the best way to get a comprehensive blood work with thorough explanation.  The overall winner got a free Baseline workup.

Kill Cliff The winners in each division got a 4 pack. We are keeping some cold ones in the fridge, just put $3 in the cup and grab one post wod to help recovery.

Level 1 Apparel Cool shirts by Crossfit athletes from CrossFit Loomis. They designed the logo and the shirts for us.

I wanted to take a few moments to say a very big thank you to some of the people who helped to make Saturday’s event so awesome.

Joey W. did a lot of behind the scenes work; score sheets, standards video, workout flier, equipment lists, and more. And he even did the Gauntlet (6th place in his division!!) between keeping everything running throughout the day and making sure everyone had what they needed. Thank you, Coach Joey!

Jennifer K. was an excellent head judge and coordinator. She rallied and scheduled all the volunteers and judges as well as monitored all the stations, weight changes, and judges. Even though she was on a SWAT call out until the AM hours the night before, she still showed up and made sure things ran according to plan. Thank you, Coach Jen!

Lisa L. checked everyone in, made them feel welcome, and input every single score sheet into the computer. Thank you, Lisa!

Kate R. got up every hour on the hour the night before making sure the pork butt was getting smoked. Thanks to her, we had some grub at the end of the day! Thank you, Kate!

Leay M. made sure we had more to eat then just pork butt! Thank you, Leay and everyone that brought food.

Thank you to all the other volunteers making this thing happen!

But probably the hardest working of all are the judges! Jesse and I got a special thank you gift coming for you!

And thank you to all the support from the CrossFit Roseville members and all the CrossFit athletes that came out to watch and cheer their friends on. The CrossFit Spirit is alive and well!
