Paleo Potluck & Zone Talk this Sunday 140605

**This sunday meet at the gym at 12:30 for a paleo potluck! Bring your favorite dish (healthy, so no or minimal sugar substitutes). Also we will have a track workout at 11am located at Buljon Middle School (located across the street from the gym on washington). Confirm on Facebook if you can make it, need 25 peeps signed up by friday! If you cannot make the track workout but can make the potluck, please confirm.

4×45 lb. plates for guys
2×45 + 2×15 lb. plates for ladies
* 1 minute plank in-between rounds.
