4,5,6 pm in the afternoon
Monday and Wednesday Only: 7-8 pm Competitors Class
Saturday: 8 am (members) and 9 am (members and guests)

100 meter Walking lunge
20 Handstand push-up
50 Kettlebell swings, 53/35 pounds
One Thing That Makes CrossFit Different
Have you realized that CrossFiters are different?
Why does CrossFit become such a powerful catalyst for change in people’s lives?
One of the reasons we are different is one of the things that CrossFiters are very well-known for.
We are notoriously known as die-hard encouragers and tireless cheerleaders.
How many times have you seen a group of CrossFit athletes that are done with their workout cheer on another person still in their workout? Our competitions are mutual contests more than they are competitions.
Compete against yourself, encourage others. We can all succeed and reach our individual goals as group. There is room at the finish line for all of us. If you are cutting corners on your range of motion so you can finish faster, shorting the reps on a workout, or if you find yourself getting jealous of others success and PR’s, then you should probably check your mindset. You will not advance as fast cutting corners and you will lose the respect of your fellow athletes. What would you rather have; your name on the leaderboard or a reputation of being all heart and always having high quality reps and workouts?
A name on the leaderboard doesn’t mean that someone is a winner and you are a loser. What it means is, they are really good at that workout. There are going to be things you are really good at, too. What it also means is that the top times are possible. If they can do it, you can do it.
Those that are consistent in their lifestyle, encourage others, and continually work on improvement are the ones we respect and hold as models. Having a top time doesn’t necessarily mean you have those 3 traits – consistency, encouragement, and continual improvement.
- Don’t criticize or speak negatively about others.
- When you can, help others meet their goals.
- Learn how to encourage others so you can be a part of their success.
- When you see others being consistent, working with heart, and staying faithful to their pursuit of health and fitness, let them know you noticed.
