A. Snatch Complex:
Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes (10 Rounds)
Touch and Go of – (80% of 1RM Squat Snatch)
1 rep Power Snatch
1 rep Hang Squat Snatch
1 Full Squat Snatch

B. Every Minute On the Minute for 18 Minutes:
Odd min: 20/15/10 Kettlebell Swing 53/35lb
Even min: 4/3/2 Muscle-up or 10/8/6 pull-up
