Memorial Day 2014

** Holiday Schedule – 8 AM and 9 AM classes only. We will honor MEMORIAL DAY and honor this HERO wod. Scaling options will be provided, but show respect by finishing what you commit to and exhibiting full range of movement on each rep regardless of difficulty or how long it takes. Anything less disrespects Memorial Day and the memory of Michael Bordelon. Anything less than your best on this day is unacceptable. You owe this soldier, and all fallen soldiers, a great debt. Our honor demands we treat this workout right. ~Justin**
