Where are you from? Originally from Pittsfield, Maine but I moved to California when I was 16.
How long have you been at CrossFit Roseville? Since September 2011
What is your favorite workout? The Chief and Filthy Fifty
What do you like to do in your spare time? Spending time with my family. Since I work during the week, I really look forward to the weekends so I can hang out with the family. We love to go on vacation too! With all of our busy schedules, we try to do 2-3 vacations per year.
What is one of your best/favorite goals you have accomplished since you started at CrossFit Roseville? Pull ups! When I first started with Crossfit, I was doing all pull ups with a band. Now, I am able to do about 3-5 pull ups on my own. I think that doing handstand pushups are a lot of fun, too!
Anything you would like to add? I love Crossfit Roseville!! The coaches are amazing, always pushing us to do more and get stronger. I especially enjoy the people that I work out with, they are so motivating and inspirational! I hope that I motivate and/or inspire other athletes, as much as they inspire me! When I see pictures of people doing Crossfit well into their 60’s, I say that I want to be that person.
