KStarr Shoulder Assessment


• New Class Times starting next week: Monday & Wednesday 5:15 AM – 6 AM & 7:00 PM – 8:00PM.
• Lets talk about shoulders this Thursday at 7 PM with Dan Panella, Physical Therapist at CrossFit Roseville.
• Saturday April 13. We are planning an outdoor wod at Hidden Falls Regional Park in Auburn, CA.

Workout of the day for Wednesday 03/27/13:

3 Rounds, not for time:
10-15 Ring Dip
30s. Hollow Body Hold

4 rounds for total working time of:
Row 500m, or Run 400m
14 Lateral Burpees (over bar)
7 Deadlift 275/185lb
Rest work time
