I challenge you to stay committed for the remainder of the nutrition challenge! These challenges will improve our fitness leading up to the 2013 CrossFit Open, a fun community event that all of our members will be participating in starting March 5th, and finish with the end of the 3-month body fat & lean body mass challenge. Keep moving forward in 2013 in a way that improves your fitness, builds your health and wellness, and inspires those around you.
Remember to update your points every time you work out to keep yourself accountable and committed! We have a photo of everyone’s name on the board so no bailing out and erasing your name ; ) Use this challenge to learn what works for your lifestyle and to mentally battle your cravings for the less than healthy edibles. It’s not easy—It’s worth it!
