A. For as long as possible:
Unbroken L-sit using parallets

B. For time – (no cap)
5 rounds of:
8 Power clean 155/105
10 Toes to bar
12 Wallball 20#/14# to a 10’/8′ target

C. For time –
100 yard sled pull, 180/135 pounds

One of the most important themes that CrossFit explores and that attracts many of us, is the idea of General Physical Preparedness. Also known as, GPP.
