Workout of the day for Friday, February 7th, 2014:

In front of a clock set for 15 minutes:
1 minute of Squats
2 minutes of Double-unders
3 minutes of Push-ups
4 minutes of Back extensions
5 minutes of Pull-ups

We hit frog pose every day in our warm-up to open up our hips. Check out some different variations of the frog pose and play around with some longer variations for your homework.
