In the event of a tie, your improvement on the workout Helen between the beginning of the challenge 3 weeks ago and today will be the tie breaker.

Good luck on your Helen re-test. How did the challenge go? I’m asking for at least 10 people to comment today, so type up a couple of sentences on your experience or something you noticed. Was it hard? Did you finish all 3 weeks? Did you notice any changes in your workouts or body?

  1. I was pumped for the challenge to eat better. Then reality happened – my class robbed me of my workouts and my daily wods. The whole month of January stressed me out beyond belief. What’s funny though is, set backs like that motivate me twice as much. February bring it because I’m going to crush it!

  2. I’ve always eaten healthy, but never did a pure high protein plan. So, I challenged myself to do level 2 (my wife Heidi did a modified Level 2), and I’m amazed at the changes. I’ve lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks and my wonderful wife even mentioned Im looking much leaner. We both did our hydrostatic weight in early January, and were going to keep up with the nutrition Challenge until the next weight in. Then, we’ll be able to see the true measurable changes. Can’t wait.

  3. Dan and Andrey Get it! Even if you fall off the wagon you can get back on and stay focused going forward! This challenge was a great learning tool. Use what you have learned from this challenge to continue eating a healthy diet to change your body composition and to improve your performance for the upcoming CrossFit Open.

  4. Completed Level 3 challenge with 114 points. Physically have become very lean. Also focused on getting enough sleep each night. I PR’d Helen today by shaving off 2:25 from early January. I think that says it all!

  5. The nutrition challenge was just what I needed to get back on track after eating lots of junk over the holidays. I did level 2 with the Zone Diet ending with 117 points. I’ve lost the weight I gained over the holidays and can definitely see a difference especially in my waist. I did some blood work yesterday and my results were awesome! I could also tell a big difference in doing Helen. I had to stop and rest a few times the first time and after the challenge I was able to keep going without stopping! I was amazed at what a difference 3 weeks of eating well could make!
