Double Shot

**Want a double shot? Then come in for both the 8 am and the 9 am today. These workouts complement each other very nicely. We have never done this before, and don’t recommend doing this more than every once in a while. But sometimes it’s necessary.**

Workout of the Day for Saturday November 10, 2012

8 AM (Members, Visitors, Friends)
5 rounds for time of:
12 Deadlift, 155/115 pounds
9 Hang Power Clean, 155/115 pounds
6 Push Jerk, 155/115 pounds

9 AM (Members, Visitors, Friends)
“Tabata This!”
Tabata Row
Tabata Squat
Tabata Pull-up
Tabata Push-up
Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.
In the “Tabata This” workout, there will be a 1 minute rest between stations.
