Workout of the day for Wednesday July 31st:

Clean & Jerk Ladder:
(You have 90 seconds to complete each lift)
Possible starting weights:
75/55, 95/65, 115/85, 135/95, 165/105, 185/115, 205/135

“2007” *15 min Time cap:
Row 1000m
Then, five rounds of:
25 Pull-ups
7 Push-Jerks @ 135/85lb

July Marks an exciting end to the 2013 CrossFit Games Season! We have some exciting events coming up in August, starting with:

CrossFit Kids: Will now be on Sundays from 3:30-4:30 for the Fall season
CrossFit High School Hour will be from 3:15-4:00PM Mondays & Thursdays for the Fall season
Childcare will no longer be provided on Tues/Thurs as Nikki is going through her pregnancy!

August 14th: Myofascial Release Seminar this Wednesday @ 7PM
August 24th: Fittest of Roseville (Sign-Up here)
