4 minutes of rowing
4 minutes of burpees
Score is sum of clean and jerk reps, rowing calories and burpee reps.
Abandon the idea of a quick fix. Embrace long-term self-discipline. Don’t waste your time and energy looking for and trying quick fixes, fads, or the magic pill. Forget the idea that there is some secret trick. It’s not secret. It is simple, but it is not easy. It is hard work, sweat, and consistency.
