Workout of the Day for Thursday Feb 14, 2013

Conditioning 1
On the Minute for 14 minutes of:
Odd minute do 15 KB Swings
Even minute do 10 Burpees

rest 7 minutes, then

Conditioning 2
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
7 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean, 45/25 pounds
7 Hand Release Push-ups
7 Toes to Bar

  2. I like KB swings, not so much burpees…I’ll be lucky to get 10 in a minute! But just looked up my time for the last time I did yesterday’s work out and I cut almost 5 minutes with using heavier weight! Progress one step at a time!
