2nd week Nutrition Challenges

Workout of the day for Tuesday, 08/28/12:

For time:
155 pound Back squat, 21 reps
42 Toes-2-Bar
155 pound Back squat, 15 reps
30 Toes-2-Bar
155 pound Back squat, 9 reps
18 Toes-2-Bar


We are entering the home stretch of the nutrition challenge. The first challenge was announced last Saturday as a paleo potluck: you must invite other members from the gym over for a paleo potluck dinner/lunch/brunch, etc. You can complete this challenge once at any time during the 2 weeks to receive 7 bonus points.

The 2nd challenge is to retest the workout of the day from the beginning of the nutrition challenge. Compare how you felt on the WOD the second time: did you have more or less energy? Did you PR the first time? Did you hit a new PR the second time? The repeat workout will be posted as the workout of the day on Friday this week.

Note: If you did not do the workout at the beginning of the challenge or if you cannot make it this Friday to retest the workout you can make up the 7 bonus points by heading down to the moxie throw down to support our athletes. If you are a moxie competitor than you automatically get the bonus points!
