Workout of the day for Saturday 07/21/12:

Tabata L-Sit
rest 1 minute
3 mins:
• 40 Wall Ball Shots
• AMRAP Swing
rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up
rest 1 minute
3 minutes:
• Run 400 meters
• AMRAP Burpee Box Jumps
