7 DB Bent Over Row / Side
7 Arnold Press / Side
7 Bicep Curl / Side

*Use a bench or box for the dips, or put two sturdy chairs together. You can use a KB for the Bent Over Row, and Arnold Press. For the Bicep Curl you can do the Goblet Squat KB Curl!

4 Rounds, 30 sec each:
