Eight rounds for max reps of:
115 pound Hang power clean, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
115 pound Push press, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

While we are working on goal setting and using our minds to control our bodies, it is a good question to ask, Can our bodies also control our minds? In this TED Talk Amy Cuddy suggests that our body language can shape who we are. Before your next CrossFit workout spend 2 minutes in a power pose, think about how you are going to demolish the wod and own the barbell.
