9 Bench Press

Push Press:
E2MOM for 5 rounds:
4 @ 85% 1RM

Every 75 seconds, 8 rounds:
1 Clean and Jerk*

*Starting @ 75% of your 1RM small increase each set.

Pinch Plate Holds:
3x :30 seconds, each hand
Choose a load that you can hold for the entire 30 seconds
