WOD With Class:
Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds:
200 m Run
10 Clean & Jerk 135/95-lb, or 50% 1RM
Max Toes-2-Bar

*1 Min Rest Between Rounds.

Clean & Jerk:
*Build to today’s Heavy Single. If positions are tight and bar speed is fast, add some weight. If the bar is slow or positions are off stay lighter and work on your positions and speed.

Front Rack Lunge:
5 x 10 @ 50% 1RM Backsquat

40 Rounds, 20 sec. On/ 10 Sec. Rest, alt:
