Workout of the Day for Friday, February 3rd, 2017:
10 min:
Muscle-Up Drills & Skills

14 Min AMRAP:
3 Backsquat*
3 Burpee Muscle-Up, or 6 Burpee-Pull-Ups**

*Begin at 50% 1RM, add 5% each round

**If you are new to Burpee-Pull-Ups, perform the 6 burpees and then the 6 pull-ups. If you have experience with these, perform a burpee to a jumping pull-up.
