150 Dubz (Scale to sub 90 seconds per round)

*Round 3: Push Jerk @ 65%*” 1RM Push Jerk
Hit todays workout hard and fast. Make sure to keep round 1 strict, round 2 push-press (no re-dip), round 3 stand all the way up to finish the jerk before bringing the weight back down.
