Workout of the day for Tuesday, July 26th, 2016:
10 Rounds of “DT”
• 12 Deadlift
• 9 Hang Power Clean
• 6 Push Jerk
*Do 1 Round every 3 minutes. Starting Weight: 75/55-lb. Increase Weight Each Round. (Increasing by 5-lb each round would end at 120/100-lb. Increasing by 10-lb each round would end at 165/145-lb. Increasing by 20-lb each round would end at 255/235-lb.) Plan the weight increases according to your ability.
