Workout of the day for Monday, June 6th, 2015:

10 x 2 Minute Rounds* of:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
With remaining time, AMRAP Power Cleans @ 55-60% 1RM

*Rest 1 minute between rounds. Scale the 2 rounds of Cindy to have at least 20 or 30 seconds to get to power cleans. Score is Total Power Cleans Completed.
