Workout of the day for Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015:
15 Minutes, Build to a heavy Clean & Jerk
*Form and Speed dictate load. If you want to stay lighter and work on technique: do it.

5 rounds of 90 Seconds for each movement (15 minutes total):
Strict HSPU
Strict Chest-2-Bar.

If you can perform 6 or more consecutive reps of either movement, choose a rep amount to hit for all 5 rounds. (For example: If you can perform 7 strict Chest-2-Bar for all 5 rounds, do so. If you can hit 11 for all 5 rounds, do so. etc. Each week try to increase this by 1 rep per round, 5 extra reps total.)

45 Seconds Strict HSPU, 45 Seconds Rest
45 Seconds: Strict C2B, 45 Seconds Rest

45 Seconds Strict Seated Press @ 70% of your 1RM Press. 45 Seconds Rest.
45 Seconds: Chin-Up Hold + 5 Second Eccentric. 45 Seconds Rest.
