Workout of the day for Tuesday, April 7th, 2015:

Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds (5 each):
1st 90 seconds: Handstand Hold
2nd 90 seconds: Chin-Up Hold

For this progression choose one of the following times to hit for all 5 rounds of handstand hold & chin-up hold & rest the remainder of the 90 seconds*:
6 sec., 12 sec., 24sec., 36sec., 48sec., 60sec.

*they do not have to be the same time for both. You can choose to hold 5 rounds of handstand at 36 seconds, and all 5 rounds of chin-up for 12 seconds.

5 Rounds:
Run 400M
15 Strict Press @ 65% 1RM
