Working in Teams of 6 Perform:
Station A, (8 Min Time Cap):
50 Box Jumps on the tire (individually)
30 Tire Flips (As a team)
40 Box Jumps
25 Tire Flips
30 Box Jumps
20 Tire Flips
20 Box Jumps
15 Tire Flips
10 Box Jumps
10 Tire Flips

Station B,
8 min AMRAP:
Consecutive Sandbag Thrusters with two sandbags. Sandbags must be passed between members for all 8 minutes. If a sandbag hits the ground all 6 teammates must perform 30 burpees.

Station C,
8 min AMRAP:
30 Yard Sled Push 180/140lb on the sled

Station D,
8 min Time-Cap
Row 6k, 3 people working at a time.
