Workout of the day for Saturday, February 14, 2015:

30 min Partner WOD:
Partner A Completes 3 Rounds:
9 dumbbell thrusters, 40/30-lb
1 Rope Climb, 15ft (Sub: 6 Chest-2-Bar, or 15 Second Chin-Up Hold)

While Partner B Completes:
400 M. Run (Scale Run to be less than 2:00)

Both partner must complete their work to switch.
