For time:
Run 800 meters
50 dumbbell snatches, 40/30-lb.
Run 600 meters
35 dumbbell snatches, 40/30-lb.
Run 400 meters
20 dumbbell snatches, 40/30-lb.

These are one-arm squat snatches, alternating arms.
