5 rounds for time of:
20 wall-ball shots, 30/20-lb. ball
15-foot L-sit rope climb, 1 ascent*

Substitute for L-Sit rope Climb:
• Accumulate 40 sec. chin-up hold (Scale if this takes more than 3 attempts)
• 40 Straddle Ups
