CrossFit Games Open 13.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box

Let’s be honest, you are doing this WOD twice. Might as well know how to recover the best way via Mobility WOD.

Remember to have fun on this WOD! Having goals for yourself is great, it gives you a purpose to help you push through the suck (which lets be honest will hit you right after round 1) but don’t get so hung up on your goals that you forget to have fun. Become a better athlete by giving everything you have for 10 minutes and smiling when it is over. If you have already completed 13.2 come out to support the other members. Alternative WOD: Choose a workout you missed earlier in the week and crush it!

  1. Good luck Saturday group. Missed my goal by 2 points. As Sherri told me yesterday ‘Give it all, and don’t leave anything left. You can rest after 10 minutes.’ Thanks for the support. Too bad I tried to catch my breath a little too long 😉
