CrossFit Games Open 13.1

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

  1. You know you have a problem when you’re forcing yourself to stand up trying to finish cooking so exhausted from doing 13.1 and you’re on the website trying to find out what the WOD is tomorrow. Looking forward to busting out my imaginary pompoms tomorrow!

  2. Both workouts I’ve done this week had snatches in them.. hah! Having never done them in my life before, glad I got them out finally, and can’t wait to do more. 🙂
